I tried a few other apps but they just werent meeting my needs.This is when i downloaded this app. I cant recommend it enough as i can add in any product option i need. it has solved all my problems for my site. I also cant recommend the live chat tech support enough, Shevaughn was very friendly and helpful and helped me solve my problem in under 20 minutes.

My name is Shahar, I'm using the Product Customizer app for 5 years with my website. Now I created another website and needed some technical support. It was easy to schedule a meeting at my time We started the meeting at the selected time by "Microsoft Teams", it took for Shevaughn and me to solve the issue in a few minutes. Shevaughn was so patient with me during the meeting and super professional! it gives confidence to know there is an excellent service and technical support, this is so important. Ive tried several apps for weeks and always stumbled with issues, this one has been the best so far, definitely sticking with it and they have the quickest customer support! Deepanjoy helped me witha minor issue within minutes and my store is ready to launch!!!

I have been using this app since I first started using Shopify, so since 2015 IIRC. It is perfect for highly customizable with many variations and, best of all, live chat tech support is FANTASTIC!! Last week I updated to a 2.0 theme and had no idea product customizer wasn't working ... not until I started looking at orders and realized there was no customization data present. I submitted as many screenshots as I could of all my efforts to fix the problem, created a staff account, and the Product Customizer team got everything working again within minutes. I'm so relieved! Thank you so much :)

This is 100 the BEST Product Options & Customizer App! Very easy to setup and user friendly layout. The tech support team was also amazing. I needed some help with my shop's custom options and they were so quick to respond I was impressed and the service was so outstanding.
