I have been using this app since I first started using Shopify, so since 2015 IIRC. It is perfect for highly customizable with many variations and, best of all, live chat tech support is FANTASTIC!! Last week I updated to a 2.0 theme and had no idea product customizer wasn't working ... not until I started looking at orders and realized there was no customization data present. I submitted as many screenshots as I could of all my efforts to fix the problem, created a staff account, and the Product Customizer team got everything working again within minutes. I'm so relieved! Thank you so much :)

New to the app, very happy with the options provided and most of all the customer service. Both Nicoz and Shev were able to guide me step by step to install new features to my website and made a huge task feel quick, simple and easy to learn. This is 100 the BEST Product Options & Customizer App! Very easy to setup and user friendly layout. The tech support team was also amazing. I needed some help with my shop's custom options and they were so quick to respond I was impressed and the service was so outstanding. Highly recommend this app for any product options and customization! UPDATE: Now in 2024, and still the greatest product customizer app of all time. Technical support is top notch, super friendly and reliable. Thank you again to the amazing team!

Shevaughn & Deep has been the best customer service person that I've worked with so far in any sort of technical issues. First time we had an issue with the liquid error code for our customizer and our customization was not working on our site for several hours. Shevaughn was so amazing in helping us resolve the problem. He is very patient and quickly responded to all my questions. After that I've contacted several times in regards to help with the customizer app and every time Shevaughn was so quick in resolving the issue and took his time to listen to all of our questions and explain everything very clearly. Love the customer service and we've been using this app for several years and didn't have a lot of issues with it.

I've been using this app for over 7 years now, it works well. I've had the occasional glitch, but the tech support has been outstanding. A recent issue was sorted within 10 minutes of me raising a case. I would definitely recommend.

I've been using this app for years, easy to use, customers input customizations simply and whenever I've had an issue the team is super responsive and offers great and fast customer support. Definitely worth the fee to have customized options in your store, love it, recommend :)

We had an issue with the coding in some of the themed sections in the app, and Shevaughn was able to help us get it figured out and corrected! He was fast and effective with every response! I wouldn't have been able to figure it out without their help!

Always quick to respond to our questions and fix any issues we have with our shop. We're a flower shop and require customization on most of our bouquets and arrangements, adding notes and specific delivery dates. We've been happy with how seamless the process is and how nice the customizations pair with our theme.
