Fantastic app. Works as intended and without error. Whenever I had an issue, their customer support team was incredibly prompt, fast, and extremely helpful -- truly support so good I've never seen it this good before. Fantastic app!

Exactly what I was looking for! I had some difficulty setting it up, but I hopped on the live chat and within minutes I gave them access to my store and they went it and did everything for me - very happy with this app.

The Support form Nicoz was Great, he helped me well! The Support is even available at 2 AM (UTC+2). The App is also working well! Also very easy to use, and there are a lot of options to customize.

We've just begun using this app, and I ran into a couple of issues related to our Shopify theme. I chatted with support twice in one day and Shevaughn was so helpful...both in solving my problem and in thinking ahead to another issue that might trip us up in the future. I really appreciated it!

I am still learning how to fully use this app. But I have to say the customer support is AWESOME! Once a live person is on, which was quick, it's a live person who jumps right in. No bot making you spin your wheels. Shevaughn was great and has given top-rate customer service!

Best customer service! I had a weird issue and couldn't figure it out no matter what I tried. Their support team stuck with the issue until it was resolved. They're wonderful to work with.

Had a great customer service experience today. We just upgraded our theme and had an issue with the Product Options & Customizer app which we've been using for several years now. Opened the chat on their site and they had it solved for us in 5 minutes. Doesn't get better than that. Thanks. Update: had another small issue today and once again, 5 minutes and all fixed. Thanks again!

We've been using this app for years with no difficulty. We had a recent issue with it after we updated our theme, but customer service fixed it within an hour of being notified of the issue. Excellent service.
