Really good product so far, and a really good support team! Was a little confused first setting it up, but their support team was really great about helping me work through it. They even downloaded the theme I was using for testing purposes.

This app is what allowed us to have a Shopify store rather than an insanely complex and expensive custom store built for our specific needs. We make bags with enough size and feature options that one can order a bag in over 1,000,000 ways. Product Options & Customizer makes all of this possible. The support, when needed, is excellent.

i have been using this app on my other 3 stores aswell, the app is great, the better part is that the team is super supportive, they are a click away and almost always provide a solution to issue.

They were very helpful and quickly installed the app, where I was stuck. EVerything seems like working. I will update this review if I have any issues but so far, so good.

We have been using this app for a long time, and it has been great. Today, I was having an issue with an image not showing up correctly, and Shevaughn resolved it for me. I really appreciated the quick response and helping me find a solution. Thank you, Shevaughn! Update 4/19/23- we have been using this app for about 5 years on both of our websites. We use it to customize our product with embroidery and gift wrap. We recently updated our theme and had to also do some changes to our customizations. Shevaughn was great again with helping us do that. He has been a huge help. We highly recommend this app and this company. Customer service is excellent!

We use this app to add personalization option for 3000+ products. It has conditional logic option and easy to understand interface. Highly recommended!

We've only just started using the Product Options & Customizer app for adding variants to our products. We have had some niggles with installation and setting up but Aman and his customer service team were very helpful and prompt in resolving the issues. We're hoping now the glitches are resolved the app will run smoothly making it easier for us to customise our listings, as well as for our customers. Thank you!

Love the customer service. Worked on a sunday to support my urgent question. App is bit pricy but the customer service made up for it if something didn't work for the website.
