I really appreciate These guys and am so grateful for this app and the outstanding service, every time, for years! UPDATE: Single BEST app on Shopify of all the apps I have used. I've used the app for the customer to input text for a customisable product. The app works really well! Needed something adding that wasn't an option on the app and customer service was really quick to reply and very helpful. They did the work for me very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted the team at Product Customizer with an issue I had within my store. The response time was superb and within an hour of my contacting them the issue had been rectified. Issues in your store can cause you major headaches, with a quick response and helpful nature this didn't happen.

We have a very complex product line with multiple overlapping upsells and a nightmare of a shipping problem. So we use PO&C to make customer checkout easier and take a $2k sell to almost $4k without affecting the shipping. Great piece of software!
