Developer replied in the live chat within 30 seconds then helped me setup exactly what I needed. Fantastic customer service. $50 for pricing option functionality is too expensive per month IMO so I am not sure I will be able to proceed with it but customer service is great.

hello i have downloaded the app , i started using it and then i wanted to delete it . but the wizard widget is still showing how can i delete it
Hello there, I am Takeen from the PC Dev Team. We regret that you felt like you needed to remove our app and would like to speak with you more about the issue. As for the Wizard, once it is completed to the end it will stop showing as there is 2 modes (Wizard and Worker mode). The Wizard collects data from your theme so that Worker mode can configure, display and power your customization options just right! Alternatively, the gear icon in the wizard (top-right) has extra commands, one of which is Exit Wizard which closes the Wizard session without saving. If either is not done then the Wizard will always show as a method of convenience allowing you to pickup wherever you left off. Looking to hear from you soon as you can contact support and ask for me directly. -- Takeen

This app is good and functions well although sometimes a little clunky and the design of the interface may be counter intuitive to some users. The customer support is always responsive and will get your issue solved. They almost always respond in a timely manner and even major issues get resolved quickly. Special shout out to Deep who is always on hand to help!

I'm using this app for various options for a jersey. I wish the conditional logic component was included in the basic plan like some of their competitors, but overall a good app.

My current theme has a cart feature with a drawer that isn't compatible with this product, but the development team worked with me to make adjustments to create a workaround for this (by removing that element of the cart). We had several days of back and forth to get things squared away, but I was satisfied with their responsiveness and ultimately I'm happy with where we landed and am excited to have this app on my site! (I deducted one star since we had to disable the cart drawer as opposed to it working with this type of modern cart feature)

I used this app to help me add a specific customization where some items would require an up-charge. Even though the app did not work perfectly at first, tech support was quick and helpful! Questions were answered on a Sunday. Tech support kept e-mailing me as well, making sure that everything was working correctly. Great experience!

Update 3/30/2023 Support team has been super easy and quick to help us with our issues we've encountered. Very Indepth Application, however, we do encounter quite a bit of lag between the application and Shopify when we are doing a mass update to our products. A wonderful feature would be the ability to update the order of options in a template that automatically updates the order of options to the products that template is assigned to. We find ourselves have to remove all options from our products and reapplying the template each time we change the order of options in a template. Also to be able to apply rules to a template without first have to do it in the product customize page would be amazing.

Mass-updates to products where thousands of changes are taking place with one click do unfortunately take a little time to flow through all back-end systems. But we will be looking into other ways to speed that up. In regards to the limitations with making changes to templates that lots of products use, I am adding this to our product roadmap now. This app generally provides a great deal additional function to my e-commerce store, and for that it's worth the price... However, the way product additions are calculated and displayed to the customer are pretty confusing. I'd prefer those calculations to be displayed differently, or not at all. The best part of this app is the lightening fast customer service and support. Whereas Shopify itself is doing a very poor job at support and follow up, Product Customizer steps in with nearly immediate follow-up and hassle-free resolution. I appreciate that!

Overall, solves a need. Easy to add and edit options. The way it calculates price differences is bulky though, based in small coins instead of a whole. Makes pulling reports more difficult as well as changing/upgrading themes. Support is helpful

We made some changes and had an issue with Product Customizer. We contacted app support and recieved really quick service. Daniel was very helpful and resolved our problem almost immediately after we contacted them.

I would give it 3.75 stars it does what it says and the customer support is exceptional. I had to pay extra to allow additional payment options. What I don't like is that when you make an addition to the cart it changes the # of cart items whit is confusing to the customer. Just not a seamless cart integration and it looks unprofessional.

There is more than one solution to integrating extra charges into a store's cart and checkout page, and our app developers chose the one they did because it fixes most problems that other apps like ours don't... but unfortunately no solution on the Shopify app store solves them all. This app has been a very good app for us to use. Does 99% of everything we need it to. One thing they need to integrate is the ability to use a different SKU per variant. Because of this I have to use Shopify variants AND the PC variants. I would prefer to use one or the other and not bounce back and forth. Customer service is responsive and fast. Danielle assisted me this evening and helped dial things in exactly as I wanted them. I would recommend this app for sure.
