We have been using Product Options and Customizer for several years now. We recently had some questions about the options and how to use this application effectively and the support was great. It just reminded us of how great this app is and how important it is to our business.

I used a competitor before using Product Customizer. Unfortunately, the competitor would create new variants, which eventually slowed down my website. In addition, Google Merchant Center warned me that my website price was different from my feed price, and I use an aftermarket feed app. Finally, after numerous warnings that Google would shut down our account, I was forced to look for a new solution. I tested other "Product Option" apps, which are all difficult to install and set up. There isn't a plug-and-play solution. Product Customizer was the easiest, but it is still not straightforward. I ran into some issues, and Sheniel responded quickly and resolved my problems. Customer service is friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I am thankful I found them!

Great app. We've been using it in our store for a year always. The support is very helpful. Sheniel was quick to help us solve our problem when we updated to shopify 2.0 theme.

Did exactly what I needed. Needed help setting up the cart. Aman responded straight away, understood what I needed and we had everything completed in super quick time. Love the training videos for creation of variations and templates. Best app experience we have had.

Support is good. Would be good if there was an in-between plan or a custom rate for one service/change without having to pay $20USD per month for it.

I've used a lot of different variants of apps over the years as my store and website have grown in volume. Hands down, Product Options & Customizer is the best app you can buy. You get what you pay for, I use the premium service as communication is critical due to the type of clients we receive. I highly recommend this app to anyone who values excellent customer service.

Aman has helped me with all of the issues I had with the app configuration. He has been very attentive by making sure everything has been set up the way I needed. The app does everything I need it to. Highly recommended!

This app is just what I needed. Didn't know how to use it at first so I had to reach out to support. They responded immediately and got me all the way right. Wish it was a lil cheaper like it was before at the $9.99 price. I shoulda got it back then But I was trying to shop around. Silly me. But other than that excellent app so far.

I had some issues with installation, and Aman immediately offered a chat. He showed me live on the screen as he made the adjustments. He helped me right away and it is the middle of the night here! Super impressed. Definitely worth the money for me.

Ive tried a lot of customiser apps and this 1 is the best for customer service. You often find that a 1 size fits all with Shopify apps. However this one is different. They assigned a technical support worker to change the code to made it unique for my website. Aman was amazing this was all on the free plan. Once we knew the product worked we then purchased the paid plan.

Great app and the support team is very helpful. I had a response straight away and the new theme got updated with customisation. It would have taken me much longer to figure it all out and the support team did it in 2 minutes! thanks, i really appreciate it and will continue to use this app.
