I love this app!!! I highly recommend it!! Has helped us making more sales for our custom products. And the team behind it is always so nice and help us out super fast each time we need help.

We've been using this app for many years now. I have to say we were upset with the newest update, but they did listen and made changes to make it better. Their customer service has always been immediate and helpful. We understand changes need to be made from time to time and like any other app there may be some disruptions or differences. But, they always remained responsive throughout these periods of change, which means a lot.

I have used this app for several years and love the ease of adding customization to items. My customers can pick options and add details. Great for a monogram business!

I have been using the Product Customer app for a couple of years now for my website and absolutely LOVE it. Not only does it meet my needs bur the customer service is amazing. Over the yesrs I've done several theme tweeks and changes and any code updates I need to have made to accommodate the new theme code is done within minutes and even my customer service emails are answered so quickly....even on weekends. I highly recommend this app and plan on sticking with it indefinitely. Thank you so much for such quick resolution to my questions this weekend!

They are always so helpful if I need help with the app! This is a great app for adding custom products to your website. You can create custom forms for each individual product. I really love it and the forms look very professional on our products. Thank you!

Works just as we needed it to! Perfect options and highly customizable. Very easy to use once we got the hang of it, but customer support was super helpful getting started. Highly recommend.

Just started working with this app after trying to find something better than infinite options.. OMG!! I'm so blown away what this app does compare to that one. Works great for our needs. Custom options are easy to apply to specific products only. There are many different ways the options can be inputted and they appear just under the native swatches on our product page. The support team has been very responsive and helpful too. Highly recommend!

I've been using this app for years. 90% of my products have a custom option. I've had little issues with it. If something has come up their support is quick to fix any issue. I would recommend if looking for a custom option app.

This app does exactly what we need it to. We've had it installed for over a year, and the support team was very helpful getting it set up. We changed themes in August and had no issues with the app transferring. Just in the past week, we had a bug where customers were unable to see their carts when checking out. I submitted a ticket, and the issue was fixed within 2 days. Great service! Highly recommend!

This app has done exactly what I had hoped it would in allowing my customers to provide details about their purchase without having to set up variables in my shop. Customer service has been really helpful as well with any early issues I had experienced. I would definitely recommend this app.
