Works great for our needs. Custom options are easy to apply to specific products only. There are many different ways the options can be inputted and they appear just under the native swatches on our product page. The support team has been very responsive and helpful too. Highly recommend!

Kevon is super helpful!!! He totally made the whole process so easy and the functions of this app can't be replicated by just signing up with shopify! highly recommend this app and also the customer service!

I've been using this app for years. 90% of my products have a custom option. I've had little issues with it. If something has come up their support is quick to fix any issue. I would recommend if looking for a custom option app.

This app does exactly what we need it to. We've had it installed for over a year, and the support team was very helpful getting it set up. We changed themes in August and had no issues with the app transferring. Just in the past week, we had a bug where customers were unable to see their carts when checking out. I submitted a ticket, and the issue was fixed within 2 days. Great service! Highly recommend!

This app has done exactly what I had hoped it would in allowing my customers to provide details about their purchase without having to set up variables in my shop. Customer service has been really helpful as well with any early issues I had experienced. I would definitely recommend this app.

We recently installed this app to add gift wrap to the products on our website. We had a slight issue once the app was installed with our product variants not working, but we reached out to support and Kevon was really helpful. He responded quickly to our issue and corrected the problem all within 24 hours. Great service and would definitely recommend!

I have tried the top, like 8-10, apps like this that I could find in the Shopify App Store. This one was the most comfortable for me. I love the amount of options. I love how simple and user-friendly the set-up is. What's most important though is the quality customer service I've received. I got this app two days before a product was going live. I had a small issue or two. My problems were resolved quickly and with friendliness. I am confident that as soon as I have more products to add custom options to, I'll be ready to upgrade to a paid plan for this app without hesitation. Thank you! I will be suggesting this app to other shop owner friends!

We have used this app for over two years, and it allows us to offer multiple variable options, with conditions. Easy to setup and use. Recently I needed some advice from Support, and they went out of their way to troubleshoot an issue which ended up being some code injected from another App! Would definitely recommend

Super app and beyond all, amazing customer support!! This app allows me to have a full liberty for the variants in my store so the customer can personnalized each items. I've had a few little technical problems but the app team resolved them so quickly. I really recommend using this app!

The app was working amazingly fine not sure what has happened it has now totally stopped working. The service team email you saying it all fine but has not checked if it working or not. And has created alot of problems for us. ALL FIXED AND ALL WORKING
