Installed easily with Shopify free themes but when I needed help with a more custom theme to install, they emailed back within an hour on a Saturday. Also checked and did everything before responding, by the time they emailed it was to let me know they solved it

他のアプリもたくさんためしましたがこれが１番表示速度が早いです。表示速度が遅いと、カスタム項目を入力せずにカートに入れることが出来るので非常に重要です。 またサポートも早くて丁寧です。 非常にオススメ。

We have used this app since we first opened our store as we have products that customers can personalise. Currently in the processing of refreshing the store our theme update, well overdue, altered the look and needed the app reinstalling. Our questions were answered promptly, and having shared a screenshot, the diameters of boxes were altered to create a professional look on our new theme. It's not finished yet, but when the theme is published we are confident that with the help we have received from Steven customers will be able to clearly create their bespoke gift. I can also thoroughly recommend using conditioned logic in the app to only allow customers to input information once they have chosen the option they want to pay for if applicable. Less follow up time wasted when a customer has completed all options in error.

My business is all about customisation and with the Product Customizer app it has made it possible for customers throughout the world to tell me exactly what they want in colour, text, size, font type etc. It's works effortlessly and I have been a proud user of this app for well over 4 years. It is most definitely worth it as I never need to speak to my customers, I list the options, they decide and bam! order placed!

We have used this app for 4 years mainly as a file upload for custom artwork. It has work very well the whole time. Support is fantastic. When we recently changed our store theme, the app stopped working because of the change. Support responded very quickly and we were up and running again. They are fantastic to do business with!

We have been successfully using the app for a couple of years, does exactly what it says wonderfully! Even better is the "fast and serious" support we had from Steven when we updated our Theme this week-end. He fixed our code (on a Saturday night!) and we were up and running again in a couple of hours! Thumbs up for the support!

This app is a good solution to listing custom products outside of what stock Shopify offers. Fairly simple to setup and use. Support has been great (we have been using this app for over 4 years now), Kevon and Takeen were quick to respond and fix glitches that occurred when migrating themes, thanks for the great service and app.
