My client added this app for her jewelry business. She needed to able to have customizing options and this app fit the bill. It's very user-friendly (both front and back end). We ran into an issue with the calculations for the cart but Daniel offered some prompt assistance that worked! Highly recommend!

Love this app so our customers can filter by size and color (variants). Sometimes a bit confusing/cumbersome to use.. but it works well and we like it! Changed themes and they helped to customize it so that it looked like it fit in with our new webstore.

We had a small issue with the app not working properly when we changed themes, but Daniel was able to quickly solve the problem and make some other fine tune adjustments for us. There are still a few things I wish the app could do better, but overall... it's a very good app and gets the job done for us. Regarding another small update request, it was handled perfectly and quickly. Super app and support team.

Such a helpful company. We have bespoke fonts and they helped these work on the app. Brilliant app. definately recommend

Our business is all about customization with options for fabrics, colors, variants & sizes. After checking out several apps, we are very pleased to have chosen PO&C due to convinience and superb customer support. In our experience so far they have the most responsive team, not hesitant to answer our questions immeditately and caring enough to be investing hundreds of dollars into experience of our customers. The issue we had was an added value option that wouldn't get removed from the cart on the mobile version without a user manually inserting a "0" value. Sean and the PO&C team were very enthusiastic about it and have invested more that our yearly subscribtion. That tells a lot about a client satisfaction orientation of this app developer business. Very impressed with their attitude and sure that this kind of approach will be attracting great results for all - their clients and the clients of their clients ))

This app does everything I want it do to and always works correctly. It is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. When I installed a new theme it messed up how the app looked in my shop and I couldn't figure out the code (or where to put the code) to fix it. I emailed them with my issue asking for a bit of help and they just went ahead and did it all for me!! Amazing customer service and saved me so much time and hassle. Thanks so much. Gemma EDIT - Needed help with another problem where files weren't uploading correctly and again the team just fixed the problem for me! It's so amazing to find such a capable and helpful team - really makes running my business easier. Thanks and keep up the good work!

We've tried every customisation app under the sun but none have delighted us quite like this one. The app itself is great, it has all the basic functionality one would expect to find. What separates it from the rest is ShopStorm's exceptional customer support. Any time there has been a problem their team has always been quick to solve it, and when it took them a little longer to figure out the solution they even gave us a free month's subscription without asking. Truly a pleasure to work with, thank you.

We had an issue which was effecting our ability to upload products, we contacted Product Customizer and they were able to explain and resolve the issue quickly.

We've been using Product Customizer for many years now. Many of our products have unique variables that people have to choose from and this is the perfect app to handle that. Additionally, the support has always been super quick and helpful. Its a no nonsense app that does exactly what it says it does.

Product Options and Customizer App has had great support, and quick to answer my question! My email support was quick and to the point. The glitch that I was experiencing was taken care of within hours. I am new at this app, so support has been important for me to move forward on my store.
