Customizer works awesome until it doesn't. However, the support team got right on it and fixed the problem. They also found a long term solution to the problem. Etienne from Product Customizer was a great help.

We've been using this app for years on other stores, and it's always done what we've needed it to. Tech support is awesome when we're not sure how to set up a particular thing, which isn't often as it's pretty easy to use! Great app.

Exceptional App & Unmatched Support from Shevaughn! I can't say enough great things about PC - Product Options by Product Customizer and the phenomenal support provided by Shevaughn! I was trying to set up multiple variant options for a customizable product, and the process seemed daunting at first. But Shevaughn made it an absolute breeze! He walked me through the setup with a clear, step-by-step process that was super easy to follow. And here's the best part—he even jumped on a Google Meet with me! In this digital age, there's nothing better than speaking with a real human when you need help, especially if you're not the most tech-savvy person (like me!). Shevaughn’s patience, professionalism, and expertise were beyond impressive. Thanks to him, I now have my customizable options running smoothly and exactly how I wanted them. I would rate them 10-stars. The best customer service. even at midnight they were promptly up there resolving a query I had at midnight. Fast resolution. Excellent customer service.

I've been using PC-Product options for close to 10 years i believe and they have always been extremely quick with helping me out! The platform is very universal and easy to use for a good price espacially considering you can add an upcharge to any option! Thank you!
