I have been using this app for my custom stationery store for several years. I recently changed theme and was struggling with options not showing. I jumped straight on to chat and had excellent customer support from Lasandra who resolved the issue very promptly!

Amazing support team! We had a tricky setup using a custom theme and unique product template, but the team (especially Etienne & Deepanjoy!) helped us figure it out step by step. Everything is working perfectly now and we’re so happy with the results. Highly recommended for any store that needs customizable product options! Thanks again!

Great and fast customer service! I had messed something up with my personalization field. I messaged them late last night and first thing this morning it's already been fixed. It was a breeze. So excited to have my shop up and running smoothly now thanks to their great help!!

Customizer works awesome until it doesn't. However, the support team got right on it and fixed the problem. They also found a long term solution to the problem. Etienne from Product Customizer was a great help.
