This is an absolutely amazing platform to use. I had a problem and sent a email, I got a response back and the problem was fixed within 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Product Customizer to anyone and everyone.

Works exactly like I would expect it to. When we have an issue, we simply reach out via the livechat and it's always solved right away. Would definitely recommend the app. We've been using this app for years.

Excellent! The app is just so easy to use. It works great too. You can create different options and it works on your website immediately ( don't have to wait for 20-30 mins like other apps that I tried) Also, the support center is so responsive and quick. Sheniel does everything just within a minute. The fee is very reasonable too. So far I have no problem at all :)

Wow, just wow. Not only is the app amazing, the customer service is second to none. I emailed at 10:30 PM CST, and the code was updated by 10:39--and this is for the Free Plan! Not only that, they matched the style of my site, which is what frustrated me with the other apps (they didn't match my aesthetic). You cannot go wrong with this app!!

This app is amazing for options for customizations on your products. You can have drop down menus, text boxes, etc. everything you need to make sure that you get all of the info needed from the customer for a personalized item. Any time I have had an issue they respond back within about 10 mins. No matter what time of day and they are always quick to fix it like it was nothing. Amazing!

I had a problem with my theme and asked support for help. I thought it would take at least an hour, but it was amazing! Instant service and my problem was resolved in less than 5 minutes. Very good app! I recommend

I moved to this app from Variant Products app, because it worked well with Selly (an upsell app). It was straightforward and easy to set up my customizations. I upgraded the plan so I could charge more for these customizations as well (I've had this app for a couple weeks now and it's down great things to increase my AOV!). The best part was customer service - I reached out for a few questions/issues, and WOW, Sheniel was so fast to respond and they helped me out pretty instantly. It was over a course of a few days (since I had more questions/issues), and we got all my problems resolved. No other app has provided me with this level of support. Very, very happy with this app!

App works great- has a problem with our cart page talking to the app but Sheniel had some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. She got the issues resolved right away, and was very communicative to us during the process. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Overall, this is a solid app. It offers the extra bells and whistles that enrich the user's shopping experience. The key feature we wanted was the image upload ability, to allow the user to see the image they uploaded to our shopify store. I myself was unable to get this feature to work. Luckily, their support team was reactive to my request. I sent them screenshots and they were able to troubleshoot the issue with the theme. They QUICKLY fixed the problem. Our team is so happy to have this feature now. Great app, and easy peasy good support. Thanks again to Pushpesh! :)

I've just re-added this app to my third website and the client support is still out of this world! Kevon and Aman re-added my (extremely complex) product options and then made several tweaks to make everything look and work seamlessly with my website. The app seamlessly fits in with my theme so it looks like it's part of the original design. Many of my product options have prices are price-changing options. I love the fact that the app is able to change the main Shopify product price shown at the top of the screen, instead of adding all the options up separately like other apps - which can up super confusing for customers. Another great thing is the ability to add conditional logic. This means that some options only show if relevant to the customer, so I don't need to have the full long list of every single product option showing on the page at the same time. This makes my product options list look tidy and compact next to my main product image. Customers are able to use the app to upload files and photographs to send to me when they place their orders, so I don't need to install a separate app or ask them to email. I've been using this app for several years, and the customer service is still fantastic. They answer emails quickly and are more than happy to jump on a zoom call to walk you through things in the back-end. After being let down elsewhere previously, if you're looking for an options app, don't look anywhere else! Product Customizer is reliable, affordable and meets all my store needs.
