The app works great for our customization needs and the customer service is amazing. We recently updated our site and noticed the app wasn't working and sent an email. Within that response email, the app was fix and already up and running before I even noticed. Thanks understanding how important these things are for our business and helping out right away!

Really delighted with this app. Easy to install, easy to create options and then easy to add to products. The friendly, helpful developer answers emails promptly, so there is excellent customer service. I wouldn't be without it.

Product Customizer is exactly what I wanted. I tried two other apps before this one and neither of them were quite right. It is easy to install and I was able to choose drop down boxes and now also check boxes for product variants. Also the app will add up prices for the different product options and the customer can see it as a total which some of the apps can't do. The other thing that is awesome is the customer service. Beka has been really great in customizing the look and feel of the app, answering my dumb questions and is really fast at getting back to me. It has been a great experience all round. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This app, hands down, is what makes my store possible. Spotify can limit you with how many variants you use, but when you are dealing with hundreds of options - the guys at Product Customizer really save the day. I highly recommend this app and thank the team for excellent customer service!

So far so good, I have tried a bunch of product options apps and has other have said they were just a pain or took to much time and being fiddly, so far if I could give 20 stars, I would.

This app has been working great for me, having the ability to list more than one hundred variants on each product page has allowed us to really clean up our storefront, consolidating similar items and allowing our customers to find the product they need much easier. Customer support, specificially Beka Rice is extremely helpful, and even remotely fixed the code on our theme for us in a matter of minutes. Would be a steal at twice the price.

Too bad this didn't offer a 10 Star Rating I got support that was so over the top it was unreal. A lot of what I asked about wasn't even in the arena of what Product Customizer did but I still got helpful suggestions. I would happily recommend this app to anyone as in the end it is all about the people and the people here are amazing! Mary

We have been using the Product Customizer app for the past few years. It has helped us expand our product option offerings to our customers. It is robust and easy to use. The Product Customizer team, especially Sheniel, is fast to respond to inquiries, help troubleshoot any issues, and fix them quickly. We highly recommend them! 2022 Update: We just updated our store to a new theme and ran into some issues. Reached out to the Product Customizer team via chat. Shevaughn was very knowledgable, quickly spotted the issue, and helped us solve it. Would give 10 stars if I could. One of the only apps that didn't mess up the sizing options on my page and with the recent updates as of today brings it up to par if not better than the other apps I tested. The support was absolutely amazing and helped me resolve some issues I had, as I'm in a hurry due to our new website launching in a day or so. I've been testing many many apps over the past month or so and the support on this app has been the best by far.

Product Customizer is wonderful and a great addition to our store. It is so easy use when setting up products and also easy for customers to use on the site. The support is fantastic. I would highly recommend this app.

Using this app has made our business so much easier. Super easy to use, edit and create custom options. We have a lot of custom options on our website, so this has been a life saver. Thank you for providing such an amazing app.
