Unbelievable support. The support team quickly resolved issues I was having (learning curve issues, not application issues) and helped me implement some design tweeks to work best for my store. Specifically, I need to call out Deepanjoy and Shevaughn. They went above and beyond to make customizer look and work perfectly for my store.

I've been using this app for years and their support alone has been AMAZING. I was having a small issue with the newest update and support jumped on a zoom call with me within 5 mins with a shared screen and had all my concerns resolved. Happy Customer!

Still has great customer support. We have used this app for several years and they have always provided excellent support. Their app works great for our customized product options. If you ever have an issue, they are very easy to get in touch with through live chat, and quick to resolve the problem.

This app is great. As a personalized gift shop having multiple customization options for each product is crucial and helps make buying more seamless for the customer. I like how I can set up different options to make it easier to add them to future product listings. Their customer service is fantastic! Any time I have needed help they are quick to respond and fix the issue!

This has been my go-to app since launching on Shopify in 2020. We've gone through a few updates, and many changes. The app has everything we need for our bakery. We have many, many variations and options to offer, and the support staff is reliable, knowledgeable, and super helpful with our request. I have looked at and tried other apps - none can match up to Product Options and Customizer. Highly recommended.
