We've been using this app for a few months now and it's extremely useful and easy to use, if there's any issues or questions just email their support and they'll do everything they can to help, personally have had nothing but praise in dealing with the app and their customer service team. Well worth the subscription. Thanks Guys! Very Helpful all around Five Stars.

Just an Ace program! Works flawlessly compared to other apps on the Shopify market. They really got it going great. Only gripe I have is that I wish you could move around variants easier. You can get around that by having a text file with all your variants and slide it around.

One of the main reasons I chose Shopify! I need several options and this app makes it happen. Support is excellent too. I just started building my variants (and I have a lot of them!) and I wanted my Shopify variants to list before my Product Customizer variants, as well as fix some spacing issues. I had a feeling this was code work, and I'm not a coder. I sent a request to the team last night; by the time I was back at work this morning, my issues were resolved. They were fast, friendly, supportive. This type of response and smart support is making a great product even better, and keeping me on track with building my site. Thanks so much to the Product Customizer team. This type of support makes a huge difference.

Very good little app that does exactly what we wanted. There was a small glitch with it on our site and the support team jumped right onto it and sorted it out for us right away. Very happy with the product and support.

Update - 05.09.22 I've had a slight issue with the custom personalisation input, Aman fixed it straight away, hats off and very good service. Thank you. Very responsive and fixed the issues on my draft theme. Delighted with the service. I recommend this app to anyone, very professional. Thank you ~ Azana

Update: I wrote my first review of this app in 2014 and six years later, I still think it's great. Perfect for my needs as a stationery shop with Shopify. I'm redoing my website and was having a problem with the customization boxes showing up under the product listings. I contacted customer support and within minutes, Kevon had fixed the problem. I then asked him if I could do bulk editing and add the same options to a large number of products at once. He replied quickly again with a "yes". It was so much easier, and quicker, than doing them one at a time. Great app, and great customer service. Thanks Kevon! 2014- This is a great app for adding personalization options for my stationery website. It's easy to use, and you can add multiple options for one product, which is exactly what I needed. You can also save the fields for adding to other products easily. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone that needs custom options for their products. Update: After posting this review, I sent an email to customer service asking help with a few things. I was replied to quickly and my questions were answered and my page looks exactly how I wanted it to look after less than 24 hours with help from Kim and Beka. Their customer service is excellent!

Product Customizer is great! The app is extremely easy to use, and the customer service is outstanding. I had a question about installation, and the customer service team was extremely prompt in answering my question and helping to confirm that the app was installed into my store correctly. Would definitely recommend Product Customizer to others.

This app was the finishing touch to my store and I allowed a couple of days to get to grips with it. In just 1hr I had added customizations to over 100 products and snippets to my pages and emails. It works superbly and the help pages are excellent. I cannot recommend highly enough!

This app is such a time saver and simple to use! I'm giving it 5 stars not only based on the app itself, but also the developers' customer service! At first, I ran into a problem; it wasn't showing any of my saved sets. I was disappointed because I needed it to work. I have a LOT of variants. I contacted them and they got back to me very quickly! They worked on it until it was fixed and they updated me every step of the way. Not only is the app great, but so are their people!!

This app is a GOD send. Most of the items in my store require personalization. It's great that my customers can type their names right on the product page. If you're offering personalized items. This app is a must.

This app and the support crew is great! The app itself helps us provide options that weren't available before installing. Whenever I run into a problem or question, support is always quick to help. This app goes as far as they can with Shopify's platform, so its understandable they cant incorporate pricing changes and .svc exports, but support was also knowledgable to find a work-around for that. Thanks crew!

Love the product customizer - makes it easy to add options to products. Support is fantastic also. I had one minor issue with the code snippets on a new theme and Max Rice at Shopstorm, resolved the issue, quickly, efficiently and professionally. you can ask for anything more! Paul W

This is the easiest (and, as far as we can tell, the only) way to add multiple variables to a single product. So, for example, if you sell records or clothes (we sell both), this app easily allows you to program in a method by which buyers can pick the clothing size they'd like to buy, or a CD or LP or special edition of a particular music release. Bravo, we'd be lost without it!

This App was exactly what my client was looking for. I was so glad to find it and not have to code this feature myself! There was a slight conflict with the theme we were using, but these guys worked hard to figure out the issue as soon as they could, and communicated with me throughout the process to let me know they were still working on it. They figured it out quick and the app is working perfectly for us now. Hooray!
