This app is vital for my shop and I can't praise it highly enough. So impressed with the level of support. I had a problem with a couple of my products not showing all tabs, and contacted customer support about it. They sorted the problem within minutes! Its worth every single penny. Thank you Easy Tabs for making my product listings extra fab and easy for customers to use.

I needed a flexible & configurable solution for custom tabs. I had some custom liquid code I needed to run within one tab, and Easytabs support helped me get it done. I also got a quick solution for custom CSS formatting. One thing I might wish for is better targeting of static tabs, which apparently currently can only be targeted per collection. It would be nice to have more targeting options. For example, to have a FAQ tab based on product type & vendor, or even tags... All in all I'm very happy with the app and the support!

I used this app to break up my product information in to tabs and it was pretty straight forward and easy to customize. I had an issue with the page scrolling to the middle of the tab when selected but I contacted support and they fixed it quickly. Cant expect things to be perfect out of the gate all the time, having a support team that works quickly and efficiently is all you can ask for. Great app for the price.

This app works perfect. I needed to adjust the padding of the tabs so I emailed their tech help. They responded very quickly within a couple hours. And their suggestion worked. Really satisfied with everything about this app. Couldn't ask for more.

Easy to use and install. The creators are very quick to respond with clear instructions if you have any questions. They also offer to make changes themselves if you're unable to do it yourself. Highly recommended.

If there were 6 stars I'd click on it! I can't say enough about the level of support that this company offers. To be quite honest, I've never run into a group of professionals quite as dedicated as the ones at NexusMedia. Integration of these tabs was simple and any customization that was not offered directly in the user interface was quickly taken care of by them. Their response time is phenomenal! If you're thinking about adding tabs to your descriptions, EasyTabs is the only way to go as far as I'm concerned. What a wonderful experience! Thank you NexusMedia!

I am SO Happy with this App. I was a little reluctant at first because there was a video on how to use it, so I assumed it'd be complicated, but I watched like 5 seconds of the video and was able to start using it no problem. The tabs look great, they're easy to set up, and it lets you create 'static tabs', so you create a tab ONCE and it applies it to all of the collections or products you want it to. So for example we have some collections that use all of the same ingredients, so I just created one Ingredients tab and it applied it to every product in that collection. Also the customer service is soooo good. When I installed the app the formatting didn't look like I hoped it would. Not because of the app, but because a little while ago I made a change to the formatting that screwed up the product details box so the text just spanned the page in one looooong line of text, which I absolutely Loathe. So I emailed customer service and asked if they could format the app to look better, and within an hour my formatting mistake was fixed and they even suggested (AND MADE, for no extra charge) a couple of 'housekeeping' changes that look so so good. I'm super thrilled with these guys. And I recognize this probably sounds like it's a paid review or something because of how positive it is (I usually get suspicious when I see nothing but glowing reviews for an app / product), but I promise you this is a genuine review from someone that's just super pleased with both the product and the customer service. Oh, and one last point. I don't know how important this is to other people, but it's at least worth mentioning that the person I emailed back and forth with had perfect written English. I don't know one way or another if this app is based in the US, but some of the other apps I've used for my store had customer service people who have mostly passable English, but you still run the risk of something important being lost in translation. Doesn't appear to be an issue with the makers of this app. -Super Happy Customer

I am beyond impressed and completely blown away by the level of customer service and the ease with which this app works! If I could give 10 stars, I would. EasyTabs has transformed our site both visually and in regards to how our customers easily find needed information. My only regret is that I did not know about this app 6 months ago. Give it a try. It will be the best money you have spent in years.

If I could give it 100 stars, I would! Support was so fast and insanely helpful when I had a question about adding reviews to the tabs. She offered to dig into my code and do it for me, which was beyond awesome because I don't really know what I'm doing, right?! The layout is really easy to change and adjust as you need to and adding/editing the tabs is as easy as pie. I love this app and I wish I'd gotten it sooner!

Awesome! Love the combo of flexible and static tabs. I also really like that the tabs switch to accordion mode on smaller windows/screens. Tech support was also helpful with quickly resolving an issue. I highly recommend this app!

Works perfectly and as needed. A small issue arose where the app wouldn't work with one of our product templates. Reached out to support and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes of contacting. 10/10 from me

Very good service and prompt response to customize the tabs in my store. Great app to display more information on the product pages. What I like about it is the easiness to add html or images.
