On the first day, I was pleased with the customer service. However, on the second day, when I had additional questions, the response time was noticeably slower. I inquired about extra features and was informed that while these were available, they required an upgrade to a higher-tier plan ($49.99 per month). I accepted the higher price on the condition that I would receive the requested features. Unfortunately, after waiting two days for a demo without any follow-up, I decided to switch my custom product designer to “CUSTOMIFY.” I now find that this new design editor (Customify) better meets my needs and includes all the necessary features.
