Had some trouble with it but all got resolved thanks to the team
The IT associate Jay was very helpful in explaining what the cause of my technical troubles were, and going about explaining the solution. This associate is extremely responsive as well which is very much appreciated:))
These guys are incredible! The app itself is super simple to use, and even when I ran into a few questions, their support team jumped in and solved everything quickly and easily. Highly recommend — and on top of great service, their pricing is way better than a lot of the alternatives out there. Couldn't be happier!

10/10 Customer Service! Jay helped answer all our questions, and worked quickly to fix any feature issue we had (which was only 1). In the beginning, Jay went above and beyond to help me set-up one of my product variables within the app-I didn't even have to ask! We're happy we found this app - can't wait to incorporate more products! :)

Application catastrophique, ce n'était pas top avant, mais depuis la mise à jour, c'est encore plus fastidieux de récupérer les fichiers clients, et encore quand ça fonctionne et que les fichiers ont bien été enregistrés. Je remets une autre application en route, et je me sépare de celle-ci, malheureusement, c'est énormément de temps perdu.
As a custom apparel business owner, I've found this app to be an absolute game-changer. It integrates perfectly with our Shopify store and makes the personalization process smooth for our customers. The tools for creating custom designs are easy to navigate and have really helped us deliver high-quality, tailored products.
So far apps looks promising. Hoping to implimen fully into our online store. Support is very responsive.

I had a problem where the “Customize” option disappeared when I switched variants. The support team was very helpful and assisted me quickly—thank you for that. So far, everything is working as it should, I can't say anything negative about it yet.

Great app and amazing support! I am giving this app 5 stars! The tool itself is incredibly useful and has been a fantastic addition to my store. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. The staff is extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful whenever I need assistance. Highly recommend!
I've been using this app on Shopify for a few months now. I suddenly ran into a few issues recently, but the support team resolved them very quickly. Because of this, I find it a great app for letting my customers personalize their products on my site.
