As a custom apparel business owner, I've found this app to be an absolute game-changer. It integrates perfectly with our Shopify store and makes the personalization process smooth for our customers. The tools for creating custom designs are easy to navigate and have really helped us deliver high-quality, tailored products.
So far apps looks promising. Hoping to implimen fully into our online store. Support is very responsive.

I had a problem where the “Customize” option disappeared when I switched variants. The support team was very helpful and assisted me quickly—thank you for that. So far, everything is working as it should, I can't say anything negative about it yet.

Great customer service and easy to navigate, overall helps me with better customization. This app really helps bring my customers apparel to life not only are my customers able to see there apparel as a mock up but it allows me to successfully achieve what the customer is looking for, overall elevating both my business and client relationships!

I've been using this app on Shopify for a few months now. I suddenly ran into a few issues recently, but the support team resolved them very quickly. Because of this, I find it a great app for letting my customers personalize their products on my site.

So far so good! I was having a difficult time setting things up how I want them due to my own ignorance. However, after I contacted support they set things up how I wanted them in just a few minutes. Great customer service!

Very disappointing experience with this app. The app stopped functioning automatically, and even after reporting the issue, their support team did not take proper action to resolve it. However, they continued charging the monthly subscription fee without fail. The customization feature has been non-functional for a long time, affecting. Poor support and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.
Only had the app for a short time, but functionality looks great and customer support is very helpful

Very fast and helpful support. We had a problem setting up a mask image for the editor, and the support team immediately provided a solution and even created the necessary special image file for us. I highly recommend them.
