Great app for product personalization! It makes it very easy for customers to design their own products directly on the website. The interface is clear and user-friendly, which is perfect for businesses that offer custom printing like clothing, merchandise, or promotional items. The customization options such as adding text, uploading images, and using clipart work smoothly and give customers a lot of flexibility. It really helps improve the shopping experience and makes the ordering process much easier. What I also really appreciated was the support. When I got stuck while editing the application, the support team responded very quickly and helped us immediately. The issue was solved right away, which made the experience even better. Overall, a very useful app if you want to offer personalized products in your Shopify store.

L'application est inutilisable. J'essaye d'ouvrir l'application et ça charge à l'infini. Je suis obligé de refresh 50 fois pour que ça fonctionne. En plus de ça, la personnalisation est très limitée, on ne peut pas personnaliser selon toutes les variantes, ou alors il faut faire un produit par

The app works very well. It takes a little time to learn where all the settings are, but the customer service team, especially Priyanka, was extremely helpful and supportive.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the SB Custom Product Personalizer team and their support - seriously one of the most responsive and helpful support experiences I’ve had with any Shopify app. From day one, they’ve been patient, detailed, and willing to walk through complex setup questions, especially around variant image mapping, multi-side product views, and making sure the personalizer behaves exactly how we need it to for a real production environment. They don’t just give generic answers, they actually check configurations, explain options clearly, and help implement solutions. They’ve been supportive while we build a structured, scalable system for color variants, multiple garment sides, and accurate visual rendering - which is critical for a serious custom apparel store. The app itself is powerful, flexible, and gives customers a smooth visual customization experience. We’ve been in this space for nearly four years and have tried 30+ design tools, but very few have delivered the mix of support and practical solutions we need this feels like a meaningful step in the right direction. Customer support has been excellent so far, responses are quick, clear, and genuinely helpful, which matters a lot when you’re using a product regularly. SB Custom Product Designer has been an absolute standout for us. Before choosing it, I downloaded, tested, and dissected at least 15 different customization apps. I had very specific requirements, and none of the others even came close. Their features are on another level. The app ties directly into Shopify’s inventory and variants, something most other apps didn’t support at all, or only did in a clunky way that still required manual intervention. It also blends beautifully with your Shopify theme. Everything looks native, polished, and consistent with the rest of the site. I didn’t realize how much that would matter until I saw how seamless it looked. On top of all that, their support team is fast & genuinely helpful. We worked with Sagar, Priyanka, and the rest of their team, and the experience was fantastic. We decided to pay for a custom modification to add a pricing feature that hadn’t been developed yet. Normally, I avoid customizing native features, but this ended up being one of the best decisions we made. They were thorough, quick, and reassuring from start to finish. They understood exactly what I needed (and my request was very specific). They provided a clear plan, quote, and timeline. Once we finalized the details, we placed the order and they got to work. They even finished early, which was impressive. The final result was exactly what we hoped for. The combination of powerful features, thoughtful design, and exceptional customer service is rare, and so appreciated. We’re excited to launch and use this resource!!! If you’re considering this app or thinking about investing in a customization, I can’t recommend them enough. They’ve earned every bit of this review.
