did not know where to start so i contacted them and i got jay from support who was very helpful and patient and helped me solve my problem ,only just installed the app works great recommend YES support 5/5 GREAT APP AND SUPPORT KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Really happy with this app! It has made offering custom and personalized products on our store so much easier. The customization features work well, the interface is easy to understand, and it gives us the flexibility we need for our products. The support has been excellent as well. A special shoutout to Jay, who has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient whenever we’ve needed assistance. He takes the time to understand the issue and makes sure everything gets resolved properly. Overall, a great app backed by an amazing support team. These guys are incredible! The app itself is super simple to use, and even when I ran into a few questions, their support team jumped in and solved everything quickly and easily. Highly recommend — and on top of great service, their pricing is way better than a lot of the alternatives out there. Couldn't be happier!

SB Designer es una muy buena aplicación, me ha permitido subir el ticket en la web. Aunque ha presentado fallas, el soporte técnico responde y las ha resuelto. Sí recomiendo la app.

10/10 Customer Service! Jay helped answer all our questions, and worked quickly to fix any feature issue we had (which was only 1). In the beginning, Jay went above and beyond to help me set-up one of my product variables within the app-I didn't even have to ask! We're happy we found this app - can't wait to incorporate more products! :)

Application catastrophique, ce n'était pas top avant, mais depuis la mise à jour, c'est encore plus fastidieux de récupérer les fichiers clients, et encore quand ça fonctionne et que les fichiers ont bien été enregistrés. Je remets une autre application en route, et je me sépare de celle-ci, malheureusement, c'est énormément de temps perdu.
