Great value for money. The integration and initial setup can be a bit challenging, but the customer support is responsive and helpful.

Apart from certain features being slightly harder to configure, the app has been really great. The customer service is also excellent; we had a minor issue for which we contacted the team and they solved it very fast.

Thanks to Priyanka for the quick and helpful support during the module setup. The app looks promising for simple, one-off products without variants, but it feels a bit limited when it comes to more dynamic like the price. For example, the image bank is only available in English, and there are no ready-to-use templates. That said, the team is responsive and open to developing custom features if needed, which is definitely a plus.

I really like this app because it presents a very simple, easy-to-understand user interface to my customers. It meets my business need when it comes to easily allowing my customers to make their custom design. They also responded fast after 3 days from the time I emailed them (they're off on that weekend). And they solved my tech problem in relation to their app. The things that didn't meet my business need was it currently only supports the store's default currency, when my store supports multi-currencies. I also do not know how it integrates to my preferred print-on-demand provider, although the product description in the Shopify app store says that they do support it. I'll definitely reconsider this app in the near future, when those business needs above are timely addressed. If you don't have those business needs like mine, then this app maybe for you!

A good quality app for the price and customer service is always available. The customization interface is not as easy to use as others I've seen. I still recommend this app if you are looking for something affordable and need prompt answers if you have any questions.
