L'application est inutilisable. J'essaye d'ouvrir l'application et ça charge à l'infini. Je suis obligé de refresh 50 fois pour que ça fonctionne. En plus de ça, la personnalisation est très limitée, on ne peut pas personnaliser selon toutes les variantes, ou alors il faut faire un produit par

They promised to refund the money tomorrow, then as soon as the money would reach the account, and so on, but in the end they never refunded it. I asked them several times, and every time they said “tomorrow, tomorrow.” You can keep the money; this is a warning for other buyers. Regarding the app: + Support responds and helps with setup - Doesn’t work with variable products - Doesn’t adapt to needs, very few settings - Does not cover personalization needs due to lack of features, especially if the product is variable.

You can't change the color of the t-shirt which is a basic option that is supposed to be included, but it was confirmed to me that its not available at this moment. You need to wait for them to fix some bugs in a few weeks... So it does not do what is advertised.

A very useless app, honeestly. Even tho i could not use it because it did not have the features it promised, I installed ii almost immediately and still got charged for it. Very bad experience. If zero star exists, that's what you deserve.

This app is a complete disaster. The dashboard crashes constantly and won't even load. I have spent a lot of time on this and yet all the add-ons I configured have disappeared. I have already contacted support, but they take forever to reply and offer no solutions. I even tried clearing cookies and testing on both Mac and Windows, but the problem persists. I do not recommend this at all, especially for businesses in Puerto Rico. Don't waste your time. Esta aplicación es un desastre total. El dashboard se cae constantemente y ni siquiera carga. He invertido mucho tiempo en esto y aun así todos los add-ons que configuré desaparecieron. Ya me he puesto en contacto con soporte, pero tardan una eternidad en responder y no dan soluciones. Intenté borrando cookies y probando tanto en Mac como en Windows, pero el problema sigue igual. No la recomiendo para nada, especialmente para negocios en Puerto Rico. No pierdan su tiempo.

Their app doesnt even work, they said they would get it working and during that time the free trial ran out, and they charged us the monthly fee, still doesnt work, uninstalled. Not happy about this company nor their app. It is as if it is a fake app only get your account charged the fee. Total rip off.

Funktioniert überhaupt nicht, also wirklich nichts funktioniert. Es gibt keine Testphase, die Gestaltung funktioniert nicht, der Designdownload ebenfalls nicht. Frechheit.
