Hood T-Shirts review for SB Custom Product Designer

I had such high hopes for this app. The concept is beautiful but the functionality is not. The issue begins with response time on getting help off on weekends and not available during normal hours make it hit and miss. Moving on the next issue is the app has issues functioning on phones and tablets. Which these days are how the world operates. They tell me everything is fine on there end but what does it matter if the customer can’t use it. I tried to fix it by paying for the better package but it’s all the same. Some pictures up load some don’t same file type. Controlling the design area not easy. I’ve spent months working with it and I’ve finally given up. Sorry for the two stars but people should know what they are paying for. Wouldn’t care if it was free but this hasn’t been worth the money.
