We’re a three member team building in this industry and working to make the workflow seamless through technology. We’ve been in this space for nearly four years and have tried 30+ design tools, but very few have delivered the mix of support and practical solutions we need this feels like a meaningful step in the right direction. Customer support has been excellent so far, responses are quick, clear, and genuinely helpful, which matters a lot when you’re using a product regularly. The app experience is smooth and thoughtfully designed the interface is clean, easy to navigate, and clearly built with usability in mind. I’m looking forward to more features that make the product even more powerful and flexible over time. Overall, it’s a solid app with a strong foundation, and the fast, reliable support adds real value. Thanks to the SB product design team for the work so far.
