This is the best app they have at Bold. Especially for the big sales like Black Friday. Can't say enough about the customer service at this company, too. James Bartlett and Rob Payjack went above and beyond in making sure I had this running in time for Black Friday. We try to wow our customers at our store and that's exactly what they did for me. Great customer service on the normal tip, too! Fixed my install issue online while I waited.

Fabulous App! Would highly recommend this App and customer service was amazing. Super fast, helpful and easy installation and set up. We were up and running in no time and read for BFCM. Great service, great product and super effective.

Very impressed! The customer service team responds very quickly and do their best to help. I was helped by Dan and Graeme in two different cases and they have both been very clear and prompt with their solutions.

Wow...so impressed with these guys. Of course I am late getting ready for BFCM promotions and just started on the App yesterday.Didn't take long and I could see that I needed some help.Went to chat and got some awesome guidance and this morning I'm ready To get those Discounts in my store...yah for their help!! Easy to use! Jessica was helpful in getting my count down timer installed and matched to my store's theme perfectly and quickly. This app will save me and my team a ton of time on discounting many of our phone case products for Black Friday, Cyber Monday & many more sales to come. Bold really out did themselves on this one.

I am amazed by the support that Bold team has provided me. I've installed both the product discount and the upsell and requested a couple of ideas to improve user experience of their app on my website. The team was very willing to take those requests and implemented it for me. They also helped me along the way whenever I encountered problems. I'm benefiting from the Product Discount app, and using it in conjunction with Bold's Product Upsell is adding further value to my store. They've got some awesome support staff to. A big shout out to Wally, Dan and Valeria who helped sort out an issue with my theme in running a BOGO offer with their apps. Very pleased.

I would highly recommend this app if you want to attract customers! It creates a sense of urgency when your potential customers sees the timer. Well done team on creating such a magnificent app and for assisting so swiftly. You guys are very helpful!
