We are really pleased with this app and support. it gave us the ability to add bottle fees exactly where we needed them without making checkout confusing. On top of that, the support person was very professional.

Excellent App! Does exactly what I thought it would do. Highly recommended. Vugar is also superb in handling any queries you may have. Overall a 5 star app :) VOL Extra Fees was suggested to us by Shopify team, and now I know why they did that. I got a founder support, the process was easy to set up -they made it all for me, adjusted on POS, and on cart. The app helped me apply the right surcharge rules without needing extra workaround on storefront side. Thanks to Vugar. Recommending this app to anyone who wants to add fees or surcharges.

The rules setup is very flexible. We can apply fees exactly where needed without weird limitations we had before - I am aware of Shopify limits for non Plus stores. I got support by founder and everything was explained in detials.

We’ve tried other fee apps before, had many front issues, but this one has been the best fit for us. It’s just works, works as expected, and gives us the flexibility we need for custom surcharges. Customer support was done by founder, and it was great

One of the biggest reasons we moved was reliability. Our previous app would sometimes not apply fees, but VOL has been consistent across all orders so far - POS and draft order we used for B2B cusotmers.

We had issues before with fees not showing up correctly at checkout - a lot of them were missing in roders. With VOL, everything applies exactly as expected every time - and morover, in case if still missed we see tas so we can identify them easily.

the founder will answer your special request personally, not AI, not robot, but real person fixing or building features that fits your product. Can't recommend more for his help. I will keep using his service in the future.

Great app, support and service. The app is easy to setup and their chat support is fantastic.Vugar provided outstanding support, and I am very happy with both the app and the developer. We had a bit of a complicated ask and a few setup questions at the beginning, and the he was incredibly quick to respond and help us get everything configured correctly. Our fee setup is a bit complex, but so far, the app is doing exactly what I need it to do. It has been working great, and I highly recommend this app!

This is a woow app. I got personal support from a founder of VOL apps. Setup with Vugar was smooth and didn’t require any work at all, I did set my fees as a tariff. So happy so far. Recommending this app to anyone who want to add extra fees. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I had concerns about fees being removable or inconsistent - not the case here as rules allows us to make them mandatory in prodcuts. all works as great now.
