This app has been very helpful for our Shopify store. It makes it much easier to add product fees and surcharges without manually adjusting prices or creating complicated workarounds. The app itself is practical and runs smoothly. I especially appreciate the developer’s support. They patiently helped us set up the fee rules and were very responsive throughout the process, which made everything much easier. Overall, this is a useful and reliable app for stores that need flexible fee or surcharge options. Highly recommended!

Great app and excellent support! I tested the app during a busy event weekend, and it worked exactly as expected. VOL Product Fees & Surcharges has been exactly what we were looking for. We needed to apply different fee amounts based on specific products and customer locations, and the app gave us the flexibility to create separate fee rules using both product filters and country filters. The setup was much easier thanks to Vugar, who patiently guided me through the entire configuration and made sure everything worked exactly as required. He answered all of my questions quickly, explained how to build the fee rules, and ensured I understood how to manage the product and country filters myself going forward. If you’re looking for a Shopify app that supports flexible product fees, country-based surcharges, processing fees, or other conditional fee rules, this is an excellent solution. Great onboarding support. Quick, personalized, and complete. Even though I'm not going to be able to add personalized fees on my draft orders in the "Payment" section, I got it added on the "Products" section in an automatic way. The limitation comes directly from Shopify, so the product is solid.

Great app and even better support. We needed to add a credit card processing fee to our Shopify store and the app handled it well. We added this app to apply product fees in Shopify POS. When I ran into some issues going live with the new fees, Vugar was able to assist and figure out what the problem was so we could fix it. It was nice that someone was so readily available to help!

Vol goes beyond what is expected with support. I don't think they ever sleep! - Vugar ( the founder) seems to always be active on the chat - ready to help solve issues or answer questions! Very happy so far with the App which provides some functions that Shopify does not provide. App needs some minor tweaks - but we are working together to solve those. Highly recommend the App not only the product but even more for the support.

Excellent App! Does exactly what I thought it would do. Highly recommended. Vugar is also superb in handling any queries you may have. Overall a 5 star app :) VOL Extra Fees was suggested to us by Shopify team, and now I know why they did that. I got a founder support, the process was easy to set up -they made it all for me, adjusted on POS, and on cart. The app helped me apply the right surcharge rules without needing extra workaround on storefront side. Thanks to Vugar. Recommending this app to anyone who wants to add fees or surcharges.
