Cannot fault the support from Vugar, he's absolutely gone above and beyond to get the fees/tariffs for both EU and US sales set up on my website and configured it to match my business branding. In his own words our setup wasn’t completely straightforward and required some custom configuration around fees for different locations, but he took the time to work through everything properly rather than just giving me instructions and leaving me to figure it out. ​ He personally configured the setup, tested it, explained how I could test the different country scenarios myself, and kept me updated throughout the process. It took a little time to get everything exactly right, but I really appreciated that he cared about getting it right rather than rushing it. ​ Very responsive, friendly and genuinely helpful. It feels like you’re working directly with someone who actually cares about how the app works for your store.
