Glowing Sky New Zealand review for Upcharge Surcharge Fees Tariff

We found this app was not suitable for a Non Shopify Plus store because it only allows for IP Country location. So an order placed in one country for delivery in another will not apply the tariffs to delivery country. And orders placed through a Starlink connection often get USA fees charged no matter what country they are being delivered to. App would probably be fine for Shopify Plus Stores where you can set up checkout shipping address as a condition.
