We have had this app on our store for some time and while it always gave us a good service working around the Shopify shortcomings, at some point some fees would just not show anymore. After talking to the support team found out that a new system was in place, cleaner, more effective and it was just a matter of creating the fees again. Special thanks to Javid who guided us thru the changes needed and was able to sort all of our issues promptly
Brilliant app that I've started using to add import fees and customs for international orders. Customer support is fantastic, very responsive and extremely helpful. Couldn't recommend enough!
