I need an App to add extra handling fees at checkout, this was perfect app for me and it does not require me to subscribe to shopify high price plan or a yearly plan and I really appreciate their customer support " Javid " Later I needed to modify my product page to remove express checkout, they have an easy chat button i used and the AI was trying to help me but it was difficult for me to understand how to do this tech things, immediately Javid noticed that I was struggling with AI, so he jumped into the chat and within 2 min the problem was solved, I don't give 5 stars to any app, but honestly he earned it.

It works in Canada, specifically for the Alberta import fees on wine. I had to call support because I didn't know how to test this. Support was responsive and pleasant.

We attempted to use this to help us with Bottle Deposits and Recycling Fees. When I noticed that the fees were not applying properly, I reached out to support. I was told "The order was placed from an older Android device (Android 10K, released around 2019). Please note that the letter “K” in Android 10K typically indicates a customized or modified browser/WebView environment rather than a standard Android browser version. In such cases, the device may be using a custom or embedded browser, which can affect how scripts are executed. This is a known scenario — issues may occur due to outdated or customized browser environments on such devices. Since our app relies heavily on JavaScript for validation and interaction, compatibility with older or modified browsers unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. Shopify officially supports only the two most recent versions of major browsers, as outlined in their documentation" This left us with a huge gap in being able to correctly use fees, and led us to move on to a different app.

After investigating, we found that the issue was tied to a rare, non-standard browser environment that falls outside of Shopify’s official support. We also helped resolve some internal store configurations to ensure the app runs at its most stable. Increased the prices of all my products by 33%!
Thank you for your feedback. Actually, this is technically impossible. Our app does not have permission or functionality to change your product prices. We only add fees at checkout; we never touch your original price tags. The 33% increase you’re seeing must be caused by a theme setting or another app. I’ve already sent you an email to help you find the real cause - let's fix this together!
