Support is bad and lack to communicate and follow up. We are trying to work in their hour but still no one to response back. We are paying over $400 per month for this package and they theme templates will override your theme template which we design with a lot of efforts to improve UI/UX. We uninstall the app the get our theme design back and they put code in the site so now our website is completed crash and down. Believed me, will be no one to response to your ticket when you tell them that you wan to cancel the services.
