Great app! It has significantly improved our search and filtering, making it much easier for customers to find the right products. Setup was simple, and the support team is fast and helpful. Highly recommended
Smart filtering and fast search make a real difference when customers are browsing a large catalog. It's great to hear Boost is working well for BRDR. KOMPLET online store. The setup experience and the support team are areas we focus on a lot, so this means a lot. Thanks for the recommendation!

We've been using Boost for quite a few years. While it is robust it's clear that this thing is held together by some bubble gum and masking tape. ANY CHANGE you want to make is THEME specific and you have to get a developer involved or their team. Want to block a page from appearing in the search results? BOOST has to change that manually. Want to automate things and use something like Launchpad to push a campaign theme live? YOU CAN'T. You'll have to enforce a code freeze, dupe the theme, get BOOST involved, and then manually switch it when it comes time for the campaign. They will have you in a timing and process chokehold. Look elsewhere because I know we are.

We encountered a bug with a part of our website that was powered by Boost AI. We reached out to customer service and got some very helpful guidance from the AI chat bot about things we could do on our end to help resolve the issue. After taking all those steps and still experiencing the issue, we followed up with the chat bot and were put in touch with the development team for personalized technical support. They promptly resolved the issue in a duplicate of our theme so that we could test and approve before applying the change to our live site. Very responsive and friendly customer support!
