The other day, we encountered an issue where the prices we had set in the marketplace were not displaying correctly on the collection page when the language was switched. When we contacted support, they responded promptly despite the time difference with Japan, and we were able to resolve the issue relatively smoothly. In the past, with other apps, it sometimes took about a week to resolve issues, so this support system was a huge help. We are very satisfied that they were able to resolve the issue on the same day we contacted them. Thank you for your prompt and courteous support.
