Truly incompetent support, they turned off infinite scroll, then denied the fact. Changed collection layout from 3 items per row to 2 items per row without permission. When confronted, they stopped answer our emails. They're the kind of company that claims their support email is unattended (again, not true) and tries to force you into a chat bot.
