Joseph in support went above and beyond helping me today. I could not be more impressed with the speed of the responses and the actual fixes. We have a custom site and there was an issue occurring on our end that was causing a problem for us with our back button. People kept getting sent back to page 1 when they were on page 4 or 5 and clicked on a product within. Joseph was a real hero and went beyond all expectations to provide a permanent fix.
