Three time i have connected with live chat support to ask about the increase and all three time no one could give me an answer. They want to try and up sell me on there new GMV plans that take a % of revenue. Crazy business model to treat existing customers this way after years of subscription. Ask for a manger and the chat agent goes offline with a message they will be back tomorrow and to check my email for and email that never comes.
