I have never left a negative review, because as a small business ourselves, we know how hard things can be. But I installed this app after recommendations and have been trying to get some support since the start to see if it is even able to do what we require - as it doesn't seem to be working. I have reached out numerous times but am yet to receive a reply. I even read other replies which indicated that they are a small team, so I was really trying to be patient before writing this. I sincerely hope that I can get some assistance because I want this app to work. If it can do what we need, we need it for 5 stores.

Incredible app and support! Our current theme supports local pickup but doesn't offer much customization. We added this app to give us more control of how we showcase options to customers. Not only can we control how we show inventory, we control the inventory location name. When we ran into an issue, the team responded within an hour with the needed code. Couldn't recommend them more.

This app works great. Inventory information is returned quickly and consistently with little to no downtime. The team helped us with a very custom use case, and the experience was fast and hassle-free.

App works great! Had a few issues that I needed resolved. My issues were solves quickly and efficiently. Customer service was top notch. Definitely recommend!

There was a problem but after several tries to contact them without no luck added negative feedback and they quickly contacted and solve the issue. There was a problem communicating with them by chat, but by email, they respond reasonably well

Doesn't seem to be any support. I am going to uninstall this as I am not sure what benefit(s) it is offering.

The concept is fantastic, however that being said… the app is pretty much useless. The app comes with no support and requires you to hire a Shopify Expert to install the app. Once the app is installed it does not function, it just shows “loading..” it never actually loads the information.
We had an issue with receiving support tickets. This should be resolved now. Could you please reach out to [email protected]?

Who is Tom and how can I reach the support team? we've sent messages to this app with no replies, and a chat bot that led us to this: "In order to keep the subscription price low, we rely on our users to manage the app themselves." Am I missing something here?
Hi there, I'm sorry that you are having trouble getting in touch with the support team. We understand the installation instructions might be a bit confusing at the moment. To resolve this, we're currently working on adding an automated installation system. In the meantime, we indeed rely on our users to place the code snippet into the template themselves. Have had a fantastic experience working with this app developer- We have a very difficult set of requirements for our how our inventory is displayed on the front end of our site and Thomas has gone above and beyond (and still is). Thanks team :)

This app is extremely useful and Tom and the support team went ABOVE and BEYOND WHAT i need, they really care about their customers and product. If you have a complex multi store app and need to access more complicated data this app is for you !

Thank you Tom! Only thing better then the app is your customer service!! ive tried a few other apps for this need before and some where over complicated and just lack basic "common sense" style functions that you nailed! I had issues with my theme not supporting and Tom fixed it with no hassle and was super prompt!

This app has really helped us in being transparent with our customers. We can let them know before checking out which products are available where, and control their expectations to ensure they have a great customer experience. Tom has been very helpful and responsive to our customization requests. Overall great app and team!

This app is so useful for those who have more than one location! The support is wonderful. They helped us upgrade the app and integrate it into our store! Highly recommended!

We have warehouses in separate countries and this app is perfect for showing customers where each product will ship from. After a change in configuration we had a minor problem getting the stock levels to show but the developer was extremely responsive (friendly too!) and fixed the problem in absolutely no time. Definitely recommend this app!

The app makes it possible for our business customers to order goods for which we have longer delivery times because they are stored in another country. This makes it much easier for us to offer these goods at all.

I had a technical issue and reached out to the support team for help. I received speedy message back from a support agent who quickly, kindly, and efficiently helped solve my exact problem. The solution seems like it will work perfectly which is the most important thing - but I was also just really impressed by how patient and nice the agent was. 5 star support.

UPDATE: Be careful with this app developer. When we didn't change our review as demanded they came to our Facebook page and left a recommendation "Thomas Lang doesn't recommend 'Send a message last week, got no response to my email". Very unprofessional. Has been reported to shopify. I don't like to leave a bad review but I have been trying for 5 days to get support with this app and no one will respond. Looks like it could be a good app but the support is awful.
UPDATE: Hi there, I have contacted you directly after your review, you have been waiting not more then 1.5 business days before you left a one star review. After I apologized for the wait we have spent 2 hours customizing the app to your requests, and I offered to do this for free because I wanted to have a happy customer, as that is what I always want, to help customers. I never demanded you to change the review, in fact you sent us this message over chat: "I am willing to change it if I can get support." Once we spent the 2 hours, we requested for you to review our changes in the duplicate theme, and did not hear from you for 7 days. I have sent several chat messages, and emails to different accounts, but no reply, then you uninstalled our app without ever contacting me, that's just unfair and rude. A collaboration needs to work 2 ways, it´s not just you listing demands, and leaving 1 star reviews if you feel like you are not being helped fast enough. I know I should be more professional, and I will remove the 1 star review on your facebook. Forcing developers to do work by placing one star reviews is not what the review system is for, the review system is there to let other merchants know if the application is useful to you. you have never tried our app, but decided to leave the review on our listing page. we try our best to help everyone as fast as possible, and from the other reviews you can see we do a pretty good job. But at the end of the day we are human beings too, in a different timezone, we are not around 24/7. ----------------------- Hi! As discussed over live chat yesterday, you have sent a message to us on friday, which was 1:20am our local timezone. Since in the weekends we are short staffed, we only take on emergency requests not new intergrations. Contrary to many reviews here, the support we received was minimal and slow. We weren't able to get any customisation work done due to the development team being 'fully booked' for the foreseeable future. A pity as I think the app is otherwise pretty nifty. Nathan
Hi, Thanks for your review. I have built this app with it's specific features and have been offering it for over 2 years, adding new features by all feedback we get. Unfortunately some requests are really custom requests which is not a one size fits all solution and will require custom work which is also dependent on the specific theme you are using.. Since we are only a team of 4, working on adding new features to our apps and improving the overall experience we try to be clear to every customer with requests. If we can do it within 30 minutes we will always do it, but when it takes 3-4 hours of work minimum we need to plan for it and send a custom offer. we are always happy to brief any in house developers and offer support that way, to decrease your wait time.
