Have just started using the app, had some issues with user error - Mike was very patient with my lack of technical knowledge and helped me very quickly to resolve the issue. He also noticed a technical error, that he had the developers look at and fix straight away. Great service.

This app is highly intuitive and incredibly easy to use. It’s comprehensive without being complicated, and I was able to customise the labels perfectly to match my website. The end result looks sensational - the labels really make my products stand out. I’m impressed by how smooth the whole process was, from setup (used online support) to customisation. Mike has been a great help throughout the entire process. He is attentive, quick to respond, and takes the time to keep me updated at every stage. I felt assured knowing that he was following up closely and making sure everything went smoothly.
