They take 30 minutes to reply, saying that it's night at home. The texts exceed the images. I don't recommend this application

Therefore, we sincerely apologize for the support you had had with our support agent and any other inconvenience they may have caused while using the app. However, the label you want us to help you remove, it's actually from your theme. We surely can help you hide it but we need to access your admin page to do it since this is a matter related to your theme code as well.. If possible, I really hope you can reconsider and reinstall our app so we can continue supporting you with the app functions. Once again, we're truly sorry for everything. We really hope to have the opportunity to serve you better if possible.

Initially worked perfectly, but soon the only badge I had setup (and set to only show on products in a single collection) began showing up on nearly every image across our store, including on non product pages, blogs, and even the logo on our site's header, spreading like a cancer. Support was disappointing. As a US customer they are not available during working hours. After supplying multiple screenshots, and leaving the badge up overnight for them to investigate (leaving the issue to continue to show for customers), they had made absolutely no progress by the next morning, and just asked for more screenshots. I was not willing to continue displaying the badge and let this issue continue to plague our store in order for them to continue to investigate, as I was not confident they would be able to find a solution expediently, especially for such a simple function that many other apps could perform. Now I am getting an "unexpected error" when attempting to modify this badge and/or create a new one, making the app unusable, across multiple browsers. Support's only suggestion was to clear my cache, and then asked me to wait until the next working day for a developer to look into the problem, as they were offline as of 10am MST. Uninstalled across our three shopify sites, and disappointed.

We're so so sorry about this matter. However, we have fixed and optimized the app's code to avoid these issues. If possible, I really hope you can give us another chance and reinstall the app. I believe this is just a different timezone between us. ne répond jamais et n'aide pas à installer le nécessaire sur la boutique ils ont besoin de faire des modifications mais ne répondent jamais je ne recommande absolument pas

We always strive to support our customers at all times; however, there are certain late-night periods in our time zone when we may not receive your information in time. This is an issue we are looking into and will work to improve in the future. Moreover, we did reply back after you contacted us, however, it seems like our response to you was sent to the spam mailbox instead.. Regarding the concern you have raised, you can set up a condition to only show the label only on the collection page. If possible, I hope you can give us another chance and reinstall the app. We'll guide you directly on how to manage this function. Lastly, I believe this is just a small misunderstanding with each other. I truly hope you can understand our situation, and we are always eager to support you to the best of our ability.

It messed up my website by constantly refreshing, causing me to lose many customers. I removed the app from my store, and everything returned to normal. When I tried to reinstall it to see if it would work, it asked me to buy another membership. I had a one-year membership, and these guys say if I remove the app, they can't refund or reinstate the membership I fully paid for. Don't trust the high reviews; I believe most of them are fake. I will contact Shopify to get my money back

The experience is extremely poor, it was free before and now you need to charge for it. Constantly directing you to subscribe to paid packages. Very few product labels available, most of them require a gold subscription to use. Even if you spend money, there are serious issues with product logos some of which are not displayed. Consulted customer service and got delayed response!

Worked just fine in the beginning. Then, the badges wouldn't show up on the products I chose. Sometimes it'll show up on two out of the eight I chose, then other times it would be four out of the eight, then another time one out of the eight. You get my point. Never had this issue with them before so it was extremely frustrating having to deal with this all of a sudden. I tried everything I can for months before deciding to uninstall this app. Now, the badges won't go away and they're overlapping my new badge app.

The reason I suppose is that the data is still not timely pushed to the metafields when there are changes to the app and the theme. It may take very short time to update the app on front store. Pessoal, está bem complicado, arruma uma coisa estraga outra, o que pedimos abaixo não foi ajustado, não está legal! No mobile está pior que no desktop. Por favor, façam testes de revisão antes de nos mandarem email dizendo que os ajustes foram feitos, faz um bom tempo que estamos tentando melhorar essas etiquetas em nosso site.

It does not have actual label on packages as it was written in description, i want actual logo or name of thw store on package not online
