Overall an easy product to use. Had some hiccups with how it was presenting on combined product listings but support was able to resolve eventually.

App is very useful, can be glitchy and not always appear where you need the labels - but customer service are very helpful and always fix the issues that arise.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with the Sami Product Labels app, and let me tell you, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The biggest challenge I faced was trying to reach someone even remotely competent to discuss and resolve the problems I encountered. When I finally managed to get a response, the individual on the other end displayed an attitude that can only be described as utterly unsuitable. It was as if my concerns were an inconvenience to them. Not only that, but the so-called solutions provided were nothing short of fake – it felt like I was being fed a script rather than receiving genuine assistance. To make matters worse, the issue at hand was never effectively addressed. It seems like the support team is more adept at deflecting problems than actually solving them. This entire experience with the Sami Product Labels app has left me extremely frustrated and regretful of ever choosing their services. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a product labeling solution.

The way of adding label or badge is very intuitive, and the setting is also very easy. The problems encountered can be responded immediately, and the time spent on solving them is very fast, which feels very efficient. The cost is acceptable, just enough for the sliver plan. Although divided into different plans to meet different needs, as a user, I still hope that one upgrade can have all the functions, and most apps are also provided in this way. This way is more popular and attractive, otherwise, a different product will be preferred.
