As of the moment I'm pleased with the app, working as expected and potentially even better, i did run into a problem first installing it, but thankfully i had excellent help from Hayley which she responded in matter of seconds and getting the issue resolved as quick as possible which i am very thankful for!

SAMI is a fantastic app with some really cool features that make managing an eCommerce store much easier. From lables to badges, everything is well-designed to improve efficiency. Their support team is also top-notch—super fast and always helpful. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to streamline their eCommerce operations!

This app helped my company add badges on the PDP depending on what variant is selected, and the support I received was great - especially from Haley Richardson! I recommend this app to anyone that wants to have labels or badges added to their product variants in the easiest way

Sometimes even the simplest things can become confusing, and that was certainly the situation here. However, Sami's team stepped in and proved they're truly exceptional. Their patience, clarity, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I genuinely appreciate their dedication and effort in resolving my confusion—they turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Definitely deserving of 5 stars! Highly recommend!

They take 30 minutes to reply, saying that it's night at home. The texts exceed the images. I don't recommend this application

We highly value customer feedback, as it presents an opportunity for us to improve our service. Therefore, we sincerely apologize for the support you had had with our support agent and any other inconvenience they may have caused while using the app. However, the label you want us to help you remove, it's actually from your theme. We surely can help you hide it but we need to access your admin page to do it since this is a matter related to your theme code as well.. If possible, I really hope you can reconsider and reinstall our app so we can continue supporting you with the app functions. Once again, we're truly sorry for everything. We really hope to have the opportunity to serve you better if possible.

App is supercool and its free. They should work on asking integration steps after install will help customers save time. Rest all is awesome and has all the features you need. Giving it a five star as its free and good. Haley was helpful

Free and simple way to add labels/badges to specific products. There are a lot of customization possibilities so i was able to make the label exactly as i wanted. At first the labels wouldn't show up on mobile product pages, but the support team was able to quickly resolve the issue.
