This app has everything I needed for product labels and much more. I have a paid theme so I needed additional support to set up the labels properly. Mike responded to my request for assistance within minutes and the development team had the labels showing exactly how I wanted them very quickly. Definitely recommend!

This app is truly impressive – it offers a wide range of interesting and useful features that make it stand out. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into the design and functionality. Our company is in GMT+7 timezone, the time you contact us was 2:00 AM and we haven't had CS agent for that shift yet, so we haven't been able to check your inquiry and support you in time We're so sorry for this matter! We sincerely hope you can re-consider and get us another chance to support you. I believe it was just a different timezone issue, we would never leave our customers like that.. Hope you understand us for this..

Sami Product Labels and Badges works exactly as I wanted. It took a bit of custom configuration to get things set up, but David from the support team took care of everything. He accessed our store and had it all up and running within a day. For a free app, you really can't go wrong here – smooth experience, great features, and brilliant support to back it up.

App is easy to use, but everytime i need to make it live, I have to reach out for help. The team is quick at helping and patient for a non tech user. Mike was super helpful for me this time.

I used this app for the first 6 months but unfortunately it created several loading issues to my website which the support said it was normal and could not do anything about it. After uninstalling the app our INP score immediately returned to normal. I suggest to improve this aspect.

easy to work with, great assistance and on top of that free?! Amazing app! We usually just use it for a 'new' label around our products but seeing the other options available with this app should definitely do the trick to work more with it.
