Haley from support is quick to resolve issues, however they are in an opposite time zone than me, so I usually don't get them resolved until the evening. App is easy to use and works well with my store. I will continue using this app for my store's needs!

Updated Review: They continue to be amazing on making updates and fixing small errors! Amazing app, with even more amazing people who work on the backend to make sure that it works the way you need. I have had 2 different scenarios that I needed assistance with and both times, they were on top of it and helped solve my problem in just a few conversations. I do believe this app would help just about any business!!
