Haley from support is quick to resolve issues, however they are in an opposite time zone than me, so I usually don't get them resolved until the evening. App is easy to use and works well with my store. I will continue using this app for my store's needs!

I have had 2 different scenarios that I needed assistance with and both times, they were on top of it and helped solve my problem in just a few conversations. Really easy to set up, very customizable and has great support - I needed to have an animated gif image as a product label (which wasn't a standard functionality) and the dev team was able to do it for us really quickly. Highly reccomend it!

best badge & label app

Great app! Had been looking a long time for something like this. Solved my idea to add links to add on collections just from product photo. Has visibility timer and CSS field to make it attractive. Customer service is just fantastic too, they will solve any problem fast. Great if you want to make some products stand out and guide customers to the products you want to sell.

Have downloaded this today and setting this up was very straight forward. If I had questions or didn't know how to do it, live chat support was very quick and helpful- special shoutout to Haley. The app does what I need it to do which is being able to customise the text, position it to where I want it to, show up in certain collections or products while excluding the products I don't need it in and also schedule when it appears. Perfection! DEC 2024 David has recently assisted me and was helpful. I have been using this app since October now.
