I had some issues with setting custom label, but nice Haley from support helped me immediately, and all is work well now. Perfect app, helped me save so much work and there is some more good features which i will use later. Thank you!

My theme css was conflicting with the app causing the text on one of my labels to not appear - Haley had the problem fixed extremely quickly and was a delight to chat with :) The app is great so far!! I would just love to see a layering/priority option for labels in the next update!

The app works well, previously we managed product badges manually and automating this process via the Sami app has been very helpful. I also really appreciated the customer service and developer team's help with our design requests. Big shout out to Haley, thank you for all your help!

We've tried about 4-5 other companies for product labels on Shopify these past few days but Sami Product Labels and Badges is fantastic and the one we've decided to keep due to Haley. She has gone above and beyond to answer within 24-hours, resolved all our issues and have our page running for BFCM sales.

Really enjoying this app so far. Easy to use and works as expected. I had a small custom theme display issue and support was very friendly, responsive and resolution turnaround time was incredibly fast.

Not only is this app the most flexible, easy to use and powerful solution for badges, banners, labels and promotions - the support is unbelievably responsive, helpful and professional! Thoroughly recommend this solution - you will not be disappointed!

Great service. I needed help with some code to get my labels working. The chat feature was so helpful and responsive. The advisor Hayley talked me through all the steps to allow her to collaborate and then she helped get set up. I am not a technical expert so having the support was so valuable. Greta experience so far. Thank you.

Very easy interface. Seamless addition for self-designed labels. Customer service was right on point and installed additional fixes/code in no time. Customer service was very friendly and helpful.

The app is amazing. I was having issues with the outcome I needed so I contacted the chat support. Customer support agent, Haley was wonderful and helped to configure the app the way I needed.
