The app is great for product labels. I had an issue, and Mike was extremely helpful — he replied quickly and solved everything right away. I only have good things to say about both the app and the customer service.

This app i have used across multiple platforms and it helps alot to differentiate the deals on the sites. Customer service is always their to assist and their responses are easy to follow along. Recommended

I had an issue where one of my new labels wasn’t showing up, and as always, the Samita support team was quick and super helpful! Even though it was outside normal hours, they still followed up, checked with the dev team, and got everything working perfectly. Everything was fixed fast and with clear communication. Always awesome support from you guys — highly recommended! ADDED - They use memes in communication in chat support, which is just bloody awesome.
