Utilizing the free version of this app to indicate new arrivals and preorders on products and find the ease of use to be great and the customer service support to be awesome. They were able to fix a glitch within minutes and I'm so appreciative of that!

So far so good, I've tried a few diff apps. and while they offer similar features, I do like the way this app flows, ease of creating, and flexibility. Support staff was great, with immediate reply to my questions.

Excellent app with a really clean interface and far more features than I expected for the price. Super easy to set up, even with a custom theme. The labels look professional, load quickly, and have already helped improve product visibility across the site. What impressed me most was the customer support,fast, helpful, and genuinely invested in solving issues. Highly recommend this app if you want reliable product badges that don’t slow down your store.

Great app, there are a lot of little UI/Ux elements that feel they could be improved for readability, and I find it can be a little clunky at times; but their support is top notch and they were able to get us running quickly when there was compatibility issues.
