Outstanding app and exceptional support from their great support team. We are able to create some text badges in Shopify, but this app takes it to the next level by allowing us to add image badges to Shopify products.

Tristan was speedy with his response, and so extremely helpful. I was only needing 1 extra label and instead of having to upgrade my plan just for 1 label, he was kind enough to add that extra label to my free plan. That made my entire day! Excellent customer service!

Our collaboration with Shopify dates back to 2018. Our team was in critical need to show a seal to each product of a collection. The application was added to our store and in less than twenty four hours each the seal was showing on each product of the collection. Sean leadership was outstanding including other member of his team. The Badge/Label app works great and when i did have a positioning issue it was fixed quickly.

Recently installed the app and I ran into an issue I couldn’t solve on my own, so I contacted the support team and they replied very quickly. They provided great assistance and fixed the problem right away — everything is working perfectly now. The app looks great so far and I love how it offers a lot of customization options. Looking forward to continuing to test it over time.
