Customer Service is very responsive. They will help you with even major issues that causes their app to not work. App is very simple and easy to use. They are just fast.

We had to rollback our theme to an older version, which caused issues with our banners and labels. The BSS: Product Labels and Badges app team resolved the problem quickly, ensuring everything displayed properly on our site. Their support was efficient and effective. Highly recommend this app!

I have the premium version after adding all the logos to the site and it worked well for six months. Suddenly all the logos were deleted. I contacted the company and realized that their server was down and there was no way to restore. The app also slows down the site. Not recommended

Thanks to Sean's good support, all our labels look good on desktop and mobile. We had problems with ratios because our theme is a custom theme, but that has now all been resolved. Definitely recommended.

Recently subscribed to this app for my website. My theme was putting things in a wonky place but Sean was super helpful in getting it all working correctly for me. After I subscribed I realised I should have actually gone with a higher plan, and although they couldn't explain the billing initially, I got the information I needed to upgrade. FYI if you upgrade you only pay the pro-rated amount and your initial billing date remains the same - not pushed out a year from the date you upgrade (like google does!) Enjoying the look of the badges and labels on my site, they add an extra touch of professionalism to my website.

A well-customizable app. Excellent support, helped solve the issue of displaying labels on a non-standard theme. Special thanks to Sean. As for future improvements, I recommend to add the ability for removing the display of Low Stock labels from out-of-stock products in the settings.
