Since day 1 this app has brilliantyl solved all my requirements in terms of labels & badges. Simple and intuitive to use thank to a well done user interface with no bugs at all and with custom themes. Even when I needed some customization the support team was easily reachable and even more important competent and very fast in replying and making the required changes. A special and great thanks goes to Ena Nguyen and the devs Duc Nam, Khac Hiep, XuTho and VaHo who implementd my multilanguage requirements in a blink of an eye. Highly reccomended developer and app.

I struggled with the implementation at first but, after working with the brilliant Jena Nguyen in support and dev Nguyen Viet Trung, the issue with my theme (not the app) was fixed in minutes. It now works perfectly and I'd definitely recommend the app. Great customisation and so many options, even on the free plan. Brilliant work.

I have installed this app on all websites I managed so far. The reason: easy to create simple or advanced logic to display labels AND outstanding support from Gigi and the tech guys: Tran Duc Nam, and Nguyen Xuan Thong. Do not get me wrong, the app is working well if you are using the popular Shopify themes. The dev team is amazing, smart and fixed all the issues within a few days which gives me the time to work on the logic/app configuration and so on. Not having to manage manually that, or buying another app to create a logic based on tags, is sooooo cool. Yea guys, it is more than just a simple app to apply a label. I have been very pleased by the level of customization and the user-friendly step-by-step label/logic creation process. It is really a good app that will answer all my client's needs for a long time (you do not want to mess with your website when you start to be successful). I hope this concrete example and explanation will help you guys. Thank you so so much, I love it. Especially after receiving 10/10 support from the team. We have had a few issues on our website and I have to say the Customer support from Jennie has been outstanding. She is one of the most understanding, friendliest and fast acting support that I encountered. The Issues have always been resolved on the same day I requested it. We received help from the dev Tran Duc Nam & Dinh Trong Linh and they always acted fast and very professional. They even went so far to go overtime at work just to get our Issues resolved as fast as possible, we really appreciate that work ethic. Thank you so much guys!

This app is a great product and has amazing customer support. We have some problems when we use this app and your team has good support, thank you for the great work from Gigi, they solved the problem about the label on our homepage. I received quick replies and information about the label as we request. Overall an absolute 5-star product. Gigi does a very well job here. We need labels to show exclusive products. Their team is very helpful as well for our online store, thank you for your help and quick response with solve the issue. Overall perfect!

Great product and amazing customer support. I had some minor problems when I upgraded to the advance plan, but thanks to the great work from Jena Nguyen and her developer Nguyen Van Ninh, they solved the problem within a day. I received quick replies and detailed information about the status. I really appreciated the effort. Furthermore, the features of this tool are great. You can create and optimize the labels as you wish and the mobile view is great as well. Overall an absolute 5 star product.

The Product Labels & Badges app is feature-rich and very easy to configure. We noticed significant increase in click-through rate and sales in the products that we have placed Custom Text Labels on the product thumbnails, in the Collection and Search Result pages. The Countdown Timer feature is especially useful and fun. The timers drove urgency during our flash sales campaigns. Sales up! Jena from the the support team and the developers from the tech team (thanks Nguyen Van Ninh and Phan Thanh Son !) were super responsive and helpful. They addressed our concerns by patiently looking into our codes and provided effective solutions in less than 2 hours! We love this app! It has so much potential. Please keep the new features rolling. Thanks BSS Commerce team!

A fantastic software that performs exactly what we needed it to. We picked Product Labels & Badges because it provides you comprehensive customization and allows you to submit your own design. This software was also quite simple to use, which was a plus. We did have a minor issue/glitch with the app at first, but Gigi and their tech guys: Nguyen The Huy and Nguyen Xuan Thong were really helpful in resolving it within a day. I'm certain it would have been completed a lot sooner if it weren't for the different time zones, but they were on it first thing and kept me updated every day. One suggestion I would have for the app would be to add an additional area where you are able to adjust the padding/spacing from the edge when uploading your own label. BSS Commerce as this app was very easy to use, had a huge amount of ready made labels and looks great in both desktop and mobile versions of our website. Had compatibility issues with our theme and they worked on quickly resolving it. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for easy, consistent labels and badges. Thank you so so much!

This seems to be one of the best B2C apps with B2C features that have been very helpful for our business. The app does have various features and can be easily activated via the configuration such as variant, specific product, product tag and etc. We have been discussing with the team via WhatsApp and Gigi(the agent support) has been very responsive in the meantime. Lately, we faced an issue with the label display and the technical guys (Nguyen Tien Loc, Nguyen Xuan Thong, Pham Van Hoan, Pham Ngoc Hoang, Phan Thanh Son, and Nguyen The Huy) have been checking very carefully and come up with a proper solution eventually. They're all very efficient in fixing the problem. Awesome support manner! In addition, the Product labels & Badges application has a lot of reasonable plans compared with other 3rd-party apps on the market. It also comes with free assistance that you can connect on various of channels. We would definitely recommend trying BSS Product Labels & Badges app. Again, appreciate the team's efforts so far. Keep it up. Hope they will develop some other apps cool like this one. Thanks a lot!

Label & Badge is a great tool, got a problem with my theme but the staff did help us very fast, I absolutely reccomend it, great support from Gigi,The Huy and Van Hoan. I like the feature you can customize it for different products and with a lot of conditions, especially the country restriction which can let it customize different badges for different countries and so on. Hope they will develop some other apps cool like this one.
