I ran into a minor glitch with the labels and had to reach out for help. BSS customer service was top-notch, with fast and clear responses. Jena sorted everything out quickly, and I was back on track in no time. Definitely recommend their support!

Super helpful team, going over and beyond to help. We had an error with our theme which causing a bit of stress, the support team could see how stressed we were and fixed it for us even though it wasn't their issue. Great product with great functionality and quick response times if you reach out to customer support.

customer service answers really fast and quickly forwards the issues to the developers (thanks jena :) ), they help out with bugs and also help you customize your labels and badges. we recommend.

Downloaded the app & created a label instantly. The app is super easy to install and easy to create labels and badges. I did have an issue with a label appearing against my product page, however, having reached out to the support team, they were quick to respond & sort the issue. Jena who dealt with my query was very friendly and professional.
