BSS: Product Labels & Badges

We were previously using Ultimate Sales Boost app to showcase product sales and badges before migrating to Product Labels & Badges. However, we came across an issue and it took more than 3 weeks for Ultimate Sales Boost team to figure out. We decided to think outside the box and try a new app and we were lucky enough to stumble upon Product Labels & Badges. Jinny and Van Hoan were super responsive and only took them a couple of days to fix the issue we had. Thank you again, highly recommended!

This is a great little app that all websites should look at installing! We use the app for both product badges and labels, which creates a more pleasing display of our products. Jinny is the supporter and she's fantastic, she was quick to get back to us. The app doesn't sound essential, but it really is, it was exactly what we needed. We are trying this app out on the free version. At first the label wasn't showing up on the product page images as intended but after reaching out to BSS Commerce support, Jinny (supporter) and The Huy (technician) corrected the issue. The overlay/label is showing up as advertised over product images. Thank you!

This is a great app that all websites should look at installing! I use the app for both product badges and labels, which creates a more unique display of my products. Customer service is helping during the process. Jinny was very helpful to understand the features and make to updates. Duc Duong was my developer and worked on some more upgrades. As not all my requirements were covered with another app I decided to give this BSS Commerce app a try. I was very positively surprised about the great features offered! Additional requirements for the app where communicated to the Support Team and they were solved immediately. Jinny, Duc Duong and Van Hoan are really great support people, super fast and very precise in what they are doing. I decided to keep the app in my store is it fulfills my requirments (and even more) and especially I feel safe in case of potential issues as I know the highly quality of the support infrastructure behind this app. Well done! This app is a HUGE tool, so many labels and badges to choose from. Gigi, support tech is the most AMAZING. I don't leave reviews often because everything must be 100% PLUS above and beyond of what's expected. App works great, if your app has issues with your theme, very very speedy service to address the issue so you have a full functioning flawless app. This app provides many benefits to your store. The app performance is spot on, there is no slow downs or bogging of load times. If you are reading, add the app today you will not regret it.

We recently tried out the BSS Labels and Badges app on our Shopify store and we have to say, we are really impressed with its functionality and ease of use. This app is really helpful in getting promotional messages across to the customers and performed exactly as I needed. There were some minor installation issues and Jinny was the representative and Tien Loc was the technician they managed to sort out my problems quickly and effectively and it now works perfectly in my store. I am just waiting to see the results and improvement in conversion.

I'm using the app in two stores I'm running and I had a few problems with image that I uploaded. when I asked for help I received a very high explanation and patience from Gigi support, even with a video (!) showing me how to find class in inspection tools to target the problem and solve it! it was very high performance in support I encountered recently, and I would give 6 out 5 stars if I could. well appreciated ! I would also want to mention Gigi as a great support team member that really helped me solving and understanding how to work with the app, sent link and tutorials, screenshots and more informative material that help to connect to this app. Great job.
