The app is good and easy to use. Support helped me fix it when I changed themes and it broke. There are a lot of badges to choose from but I uploaded my own. Its great.

I can't find any better app than it! Thanks to Gigi and Cong Thanh for their help, they are really patient and professional, help me to complete any details I want to modify, no matter where you want to put the bandage and label, they can do it!

the customer service agent Gigi is excellent, replying fast and helping me check our settings step by step with patience the features I like the most are country restrictions and exclude product tags, but if it can add the feature "exclude collections", it'll be perfect

This software is really fantastic. I've got Gigi as my supporter; also Tien Loc, Viet Cuong, Van Hoan, and Duc Duong are four tech guys that helped me fix all of my issues. Like most companies/apps, if it is a weekend & I have any questions, I often won't hear from anyone shortly. I say this for anyone to keep in mind if they need help on a Saturday to understand you may not hear from someone until the weekend is over. I give them 5 Star service when it's Monday-Friday. However, it's very rare that I need to contact them. It was only at the beginning that I had more questions & needed help. I don't need to contact them as much as I used to now that everything is in place. Since downloading the app, I've seen several improvements and adjustments, which gives me confidence that, despite being new, they are committed to continuous improvement. I could go into so many things and details on how Gigi helped me, but this review would be so long and unrelated. The best I can say is that I've utilized all of the app's functions and asked the most complicated inquiries. Sometimes I'd inquire about adding little things that I didn't believe were doable, and BBS would find a way to make it happen within 8 hours. I wholeheartedly suggest this app!

What a great service and support! We found some bugs and had some issues with the integration of our theme but their developer Khanh Thien did an amazing job and helped us out and fixed it in no-time. Great app with lots of features, must have for every Shopify store owner.

Estoy utilizando esta aplicación para integrar las etiquetas de descuentos de cada producto del sitio, al principio tuve algunos inconvenientes ya que las etiquetas no quedaban perfectas según nuestros parámetros. Al contactarme con soporte, en especial a Jinny y Cong Thanh como técnico en su revisión, me ayudaron rápidamente, independiente de la diferencia horaria, los cambios fueron varios y siempre tuve una respuesta positiva por parte de ellos, toda la disponibilidad de realizar los cambios para el mejor funcionamiento del sitio. Estoy muy agradecida de todo.

Perfect app that does exactly what we needed it to. We were on a hunt for an app as a work around for an issue we had with adding overlays to our product images. We chose Product Labels & Badges as it allows for complete customization where you can upload your own design. This app was also super easy to use which was a bonus. We did have a small issue/glitch with the app at first, but Gigi and their new tech guy was right on top of the issue and fixed it within a day. I'm certain it would have been completed a lot sooner if it weren't for the different time zones, but they were on it first thing and kept me updated every day. One suggestion I would have for the app would be to add an additional area where you are able to adjust the padding/spacing from the edge when uploading your own label. Other than that it's a great app! Highly recommend for anyone looking for easy, consistent labels and badges.

We were previously using Ultimate Sales Boost app to showcase product sales and badges before migrating to Product Labels & Badges. However, we came across an issue and it took more than 3 weeks for Ultimate Sales Boost team to figure out. We decided to think outside the box and try a new app and we were lucky enough to stumble upon Product Labels & Badges. Jinny and Van Hoan were super responsive and only took them a couple of days to fix the issue we had. Thank you again, highly recommended!

This is a great little app that all websites should look at installing! We use the app for both product badges and labels, which creates a more pleasing display of our products. Jinny is the supporter and she's fantastic, she was quick to get back to us. The app doesn't sound essential, but it really is, it was exactly what we needed. We are trying this app out on the free version. At first the label wasn't showing up on the product page images as intended but after reaching out to BSS Commerce support, Jinny (supporter) and The Huy (technician) corrected the issue. The overlay/label is showing up as advertised over product images. Thank you!
