I've used this app for months and found it easy to install and use. There're plenty of labels to choose from. What's more, the support team is responsive and helpful. Gigi Nguyen is responsible and keeps explaining or helping patiently. I was satisfied that they offered help immediately soon after I reported the issue in upgrading to Dawn version 4.0. Recommend this app.

Whatever they did to change my badges broke my store and left my checkout button not work. I have emailed and NO response.
Dear, Please accept our sincere apology for the delay in response since we just had a long national holiday. Jinny from our team already reached you quickly via email and found out that the problem is caused by another external app or theme. Thus, it is not in scope of our app to fix. The lack of customer support has made this a 2 star app for me. I have ran into issues on 2 occasions now where it's not displaying on my theme and both times it has taken me multiple messages on separate days to get one reply from them.

Jinny really helped me with my question on the labels, and Hoang was quick to fix it on my website. I'm satisfied with the support and the application. There are many options available to make badges and labels, so you can let your creativity loose on that. And if you need help they are quick to awnser.
